Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods to you forms a legally binding contract between you & us on these Terms & Conditions. 4. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions of sale without giving prior notice. 5. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or other rights granted to you by law.
Conditions Of Sale 1. By placing an order with us you confirm you are the end user. 2. You are over 18 years of age.
Avalability and Supply of Goods 1. All goods advertised on this website are subject to availability. 2. You will not be charged for items that cannot be supplied 3. Every effort has been made to describe all goods as accurately as possible and to display photographs with an accurate retention of their colour. However some minor variation to the goods supplied may rise as a result of changes made by the manufacturer or as a result of your computer monitors ability to accurately reflect the actual colour of the goods.
Price And Payment 1. The price payable for the goods you order is set out on our website at the time you place your order plus any charges for carriage and insurance as set out in the order summary 2. We must receive confirmed payment for the whole price of the goods you order and any charges for shipping and insurance before despatching your order. Vat is included on all goods and services and will be applied at the prevailing rate to all customers. 3. We reserve the right to alter our prices from time to time without notice. 4. Receipt of payment does not constitute our acceptance of your order. 5. We reserve the right to decline your order until it is despatched and return your payment to you.
Despatch And Delivery 1. We begin to process your order immediately after we receive it. 2. If all items required to fulfil your order are in stock we aim to have your order despatched to you within 7-10 working days beginning on the day after your order was received. 3. If we anticipate a delay in despatching your order which exceeds 10 working days we will advise you of this and give you the opportunity to cancel or amend your order We ship all orders by royal mail special delivery. (in the UK) 4. Special delivery provides insurance cover as well as proof of sending and receiving.
Cancellations / Returns / Refunds 1. You may cancel your order and return your purchase to us at any point in time after the order has been placed and up to 7 days from receiving it. 2. If we receive notice of cancellation from you before your order is processed we will refund the full amount that you have been charged 3. If you return your purchase because the goods are faulty we will refund cost of goods and / any other charges / return postage. 4. Refunds will not be made for returned purchases which show evidence of damage or misuse. 5. You are responsible for making sure items are returned to us in good condition.
We reserve the right to cancel your order, whether or not payment has been made when, 1. Stock becomes unavailable 2. The price quoted on the website was incorrect due to a typing error. (1. & 2. above do not affect you statutory rights)
